Description:

Supply chain professionals are keenly aware of how volatile and ever-changing the compliance landscape is today. The focus is usually on the areas of compliance closest to the work done – Sarbanes Oxley, Conflict Minerals, and the like; those that affect internal processes and procedures and those that involve the supply base.

Consider how powerful a program could be that transcends traditional functional boundaries and integrates compliance into the fabric and culture of an organization. In this talk you will learn how to build that program:

  • Robust compliance program ingredients
  • Program structure for responsibility & accountability
  • Communication is Critical
  • Worth the effort!
