Bryan Kendig currently serves as Technical Resource Leader, Integrated Materials Management, at Dow Chemical.
He and an esteemed colleague are having the time of their careers creating and leading a corporate transformation related to Integrated Materials Management.
Bryan’s career spans ~30 years in the oil and gas industry, and prior to Dow, he held increasing levels of responsibility at companies such as Rolls-Royce, Marathon Oil, and SBM Offshore.
Previous roles included Director level positions related to: Sales & Marketing, Category Management & Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Materials Management.
He has a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College, an MBA degree from Ohio University, is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), and a Certified Procurement Manager (C.P.M.).
He is a current member of ISM (Institute for Supply Management), and chairs the Research & Development committee for Technology with the Construction Industry Institute.
He previously served as Board member of the YMCA , as a member to the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the Gas Electric Partnership. Bryan has published over a dozen papers and journal articles, with his most recent topics including vendor management and materials management.
Bryan and his family live in Katy, TX, and are active with their church.
